WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, during the inaugural stop of her previously announced statewide virtual tour, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV), a member of the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, participated in a virtual discussion with Winnemucca Mayor Rich Stone, representatives of the Northern Nevada Regional Development Authority, as well as members of the Humboldt County business community, to discuss developments in Humboldt County’s economic landscape.
“Humboldt County is not only working tirelessly to support businesses during this challenging time, they are also home to promising economic potential,” said Senator Rosen. “During the coronavirus pandemic, Nevada’s economy has faced major struggles. As we work to combat COVID-19, we must also take time to highlight the critical work being done in our communities and to set a successful path for the future.”
