Rosen Visits Culinary Health Center, Highlights Efforts to Protect Nevada Workers’ Health

LAS VEGAS, NV – Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV), a member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) and a former member of the Culinary Workers Union Local 226, visited the Culinary Health Center, the first and only health center in Las Vegas dedicated to supporting members of the Culinary Workers Union and their dependents.

“During the health crisis brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Culinary Health Center has played a critical role in ensuring that the workers who help keep Nevada running receive quality, comprehensive health care,” said Senator Rosen. “In the Senate, I’ve made protecting the well-being of all Nevadans a top priority, especially as we work to overcome this pandemic. I will continue fighting tirelessly to keep Nevada workers healthy and safe.”
