WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, a new report by Quorum Analytics named Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) as one of the most bipartisan freshmen members of the United States Senate in the 116th Congress. According to the report, 34 percent of the legislation Rosen has co-sponsored was introduced by a Republican, making her the second-most bipartisan freshman member in the Senate.
