Rosen Headlines Vegas Chamber’s Eggs and Issues

LAS VEGAS, NV – Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) headlined the Vegas Chamber’s Eggs & Issues breakfast to discuss her support for Nevada’s small businesses and tourism industry. In her remarks, she highlighted her bipartisan work to cut red tape for entrepreneurs and strengthen the Nevada travel and tourism sector.

“The Vegas Chamber has been a critical partner as I’ve worked across the aisle to cut bureaucratic red tape for Nevada’s small businesses and strengthen our local tourism economy,” dijo el Senador Rosen. “I was proud to speak at this month’s Eggs and Issues about how I’ll continue supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs across Las Vegas and our state. I’ll keep working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to grow Nevada’s economy.”

As a member of the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Senator Rosen has been a champion for Nevada’s small business community. Earlier this year, she led her colleagues in sending four letters to Senate Appropriators requesting funding to support a wide array of small businesses in Nevada. Last year, Senator Rosen announced her support for the bipartisan Combating Organized Retail Crime Act to give law enforcement the resources they need to protect small businesses from organized retail crime. She also introduced the One Stop for Small Business Licensing Act to cut red tape and create a centralized online resource hub for new small businesses to find information about federal, state, and local permitting and licensing requirements.
